Best bang for the buck productivity hack? Home gym. Can build something awesome for $5k and add pieces over time. “But my gym is only $10/mo.” No it’s not. Not if you add time to the equation. You need to place a value on your time. I save about 1 hr per workout by getting after it at home vs. driving to gym, wasting time walking around, changing in locker room, waiting for machines, bros trying to talk to me, etc. Call it 4 workouts a week. 4 hours/wk x 52 weeks = 200+ hours 8-9 full days of my life. Over a decade? 80-90 days. No more excuses about not enough time. Buzz downstairs and get 30 minutes in. You also get more time to work, read, play with your kids, sleep. Everything. It’s a no brainer.

Thomas Massie just sounded the alarm: Congress is on the verge of handing Monsanto total immunity to mass poison Americans with glyphosate. This is existential for MAHA. “If farmers contract a form of cancer … from this chemical, if this makes it into the Farm Bill, you won’t be able to sue.” Instead of pushing to repeal Big Pharma’s vaccine liability shield, Trump and his cronies are trying to expand immunity for even more poison. The United States of America was created because the citizens were tired of paying taxes to a place where they did not reside, nor did they have the right to vote. This tax policy from @NYCMayor is the exact same thing. If Ken Griffin or any other person votes in their primary residence location, they can not vote in the city of New York. This means the city of New York is explicitly targeting citizens with taxation that have no right to vote. This is a horrible precedence.
