Worst service of AI 1740 flight cabin crew team of Air India for Premium Economy passengers @airindia. Delay in serving the food & they don’t have the food which they shown in their food option menu. Very disappointed with Air India services.

This is now becoming a recurring problem with @airindia In almost every flight that I have taken,whether it is Delhi, Hyd, UDR, JAI, BOM or AMD, the crew members demand passengers to check in their hand baggage as if it is a compulsion. Even bags with laptops or power banks.

Shocking and unacceptable service by Air India. Booked Seat 1D in Business Class on 27th April for Ranchi flight, and the very next day again booked 1D. On both occasions, confirmed Seat 1D was arbitrarily changed to 2C and then 16D without consent. @shekharkahin sir @airindia

Shocked by the Business Class experience on @airindia AI 4217. Crew member Pamela refused more than 2 drinks, claiming a "short flight" rule for BOM-DXB. If I’m paying for Business Class, I expect premium service. Is this the new standard for the "Maharaja"? @DGCAIndia #AirIndia
