Followed. Not a nuclear engineer but I have read on the subject. No country enriches to 60% unless they are planning on taking it to weapons grade, about 3% is enough for power production. We made the same mistake in North Korea and they are now a nuclear power. Not buying the "fatwa" made a damn bit of difference.
