so if I give this guy $100k & he makes 10% gross return would be $10k management fee would be $2500 (2.5% of capital) carry would be $3000 (30% of gross return) admin fee $250 (0.25% of capital) my net return would be $4250 (gross - all fees) and $5750 for Balaji? are the maths mathin (had to delete twice lmfao)? it seems insane to me what are the rates usually?
