This photo from inside #Elfasher Hospital needs no explanation only a conscience in this world willing to see it. After the bombing that targeted the shelter at Omdurman Islamic University by the RSF, the death toll has risen to 57 displaced people, including 22 women and 17 children. The two children in the photo lost both of their parents yesterday and are now waiting for their grandmother, who is fighting for her life after being injured in the same attack, which led to the amputation of her left hand. This tragedy is not an isolated incident, but part of a pattern of ongoing killing and suffering inside a city that has been under siege for months. In El Fasher, death has become a daily headline, and the survivors continue to live without water, food, or safety. What is happening in El Fasher is not just a war, but a full-scale humanitarian catastrophe, a looming social genocide where civilians are targeted simply for being alive. Yet, the world remains horrifically silent. What is needed now is not more statements of sympathy, but real action to stop the bombing,to deliver food and medicine, and to hold those responsible for these crimes accountable #KeepEyesOnSudan
