We have a whole gun store packed full of guns. No clue why @TheRascallion can't just scurry to the back and pick something out, oh no, Rascal has to traverse time and dimensions and risk tail and hide for the guns he brings you good folk. The story Rascal was spinnin' is so wild that I only half listened. Something about portals and time jumps, or was it dimension jumps, heck I dunno. Regardless. Rascal was talking to the fine folks over at @SummRidge and the two started debating 1911s and how they won 11 World Wars and what not and next thing we know he's conjured up a situation with @washghost1 George Washington's Ghost. The way Rascal tells it he asked the old patriot what his favorite gun was. George says, "That is a heavy question indeed. I will refrain from painting myself into a corner. That said, this will do most anything you need, and besides, it's God's favorite" And that, Rascal swears, is how he came into this weeks giveaway. For HARVEY'S FAMOUS WEEKLY GIVEAWAY this week we the Classic @thecoltfirearms Series 70 1911 chambered in the venerable .45ACP! TO ENTER, you must be following us as well as our giveaway sponsor, @SummRidge , REPOST and or QUOTE POST, and REPLY! We appreciate you all spreading the good word of our sales, promotions, wisdom, and wit! Good Luck Godspeed and have a great week!

///Scalper Business Spotlight/// Happy Monday Scalpers! This week we're taking a trip down to the Gulf coast of the great state of Florida to take a look at Zer0 and Sons Trading Company. Using a variety of processes ranging from desktop filament printers to CNC lathes and mills, they are creating innovative hearing protection at an excellent price point. In addition, they are steadfast supporters of the 2nd amendment with a goal of helping to make suppressors a common use item and therefore not subject to the NFA. Many of the big suppressor companies actually voted against the HPA, which aimed to do just that. They want these items to remain somewhat nefarious and mysterious as this creates an artificial scarcity that they bank on for their profit margins. With a machining background dating back to his high school years and nearly three decades of manufacturing experience including a mix of industrial AM and CNC, Zero is currently working towards building the business from a side gig to a full time company with the hopes of getting smart and affordable ear protection in the hands of as many Americans as possible. I had the privilege of getting a little behind the scenes information on the manufacturing process involved in making suppressors that blew my mind. An average can made with DMLS constitutes around $75 in material and $150 in processes and labor. Many sell for $1100 or more. That isn't an $1100 can, it's an $875 profit margin for the manufacturer. A manufacturing cell set up to print and post process machine DMLS costs around two million dollars. At this rate the entire operation is paid off in around two and a half months. Bear with me while I share a few more numbers with you. According to the illegal and unconstitutional NICS database maintained by the ATF, there have been nearly one BILLION firearm sales since 1986 with nearly 750 firearms in circulation. Half of all Americans are gun owners. In spite of this there are currently only ~6 million registered suppressors. Zer0 and Sons is doing the work to pump these numbers up and bring the joy of suppressed shooting to everyone. They can be found here on X and instagram @Zer0andSons and their website shiftzer0ballistics.com. I'm particularly interested in the People's Can which is one piece DMLS with the exception of the endcap, and offered at a great price point as well. Yakoke!

Correction: Pepiot told me a group of about 20 guys from the Rays are going, including Junior Caminero, Yandy Diaz, Nick Martinez, Shane McClanahan, Taylor Walls, etc. to cheer on the Bolts. Pep helped organize a suite and said there’s not many opportunities where they play a day game and be able to catch a Lightning Game 7, so they didn’t want to miss the opportunity. #GoBolts

Also, quality plate carriers aren't that expensive. My MEPC by Defense Mechanisms isn't exactly gucci, but it works perfectly fine and is still comfortable despite my using 4 lvl IV LTC plates in it. For about $315 you can get into a new one with a 4" elastic cummerbund.

Don't let hypebeasts bully you for not having $800 for a chest rig and vest from [redacted] Systems or [redacted] Precision. You can drop $50 right now on a milsurp British webbing rig and start training and LARPing right away and add or remove from that setup as you go.

@AndreBouchane @zerofoxgiven21 Bobcats are generally skittish but I'm sure there's been interactions before. I'd imagine panthers might eat them though so I really have no idea. Panthers can wander for up to 20 miles in a single day, they're solitary animals. A bobcat's range could be 2-5 miles.

I have noticed after having a little girl that all children's things with rainbows on them do not in fact have the colors of the rainbow because the LGBTQ community has stolen a literal gift from GOD to celebrate themselves. Also, very telling that a symbol children love has been used for this. We must take it back.

Just got off the phone with a GØÄT GÄNG brøther who’s currently underway. They issued him an absolute monstrosity for VBSS. Besides the fact his vest is horrifically out of date the single point sling means his M4 keeps sliding forward nonstop. I told him a bungee retention would fix it, and it would if he had MOLLE, but there are no mounting points. Due to the nature of his deployment there’s no access to outside gear either. Let’s solve it with what’s already on a Navy ship. How are you keeping that rifle locked to his side?

What radicalized you?   For me, it happened back in my freshman year of high school in the early 2000s. The head coach of our hockey team believed in getting the team home to our own beds after road games no matter what instead of staying in hotels. Hotels were a distraction. With no hotel costs, he wanted to use the money to upgrade our road meals. Nothing fancy, just basic meat and potatoes type places like Cracker Barrel or Perkins instead of cold Little Caesars on a dark January bus ride home across rural North Dakota. The athletic director and superintendent shut the idea down and basically just absorbed the savings from his no hotel policy into the athletics budget. So after that our coach, the other assistants, the parents, and us players started fundraising in the off‑season in hopes to get better meals on the road. The first year went great. We raised a ton and were easily able to have nicer sit down meals on every single trip. We all sat together at big tables, had actual food choices, ate healthier and built even more camaraderie. It was fantastic all around. But then other sports teams and parents caught wind. It was seen as unfair. The AD, principal, and superintendent demanded we stop, in order to keep things “equal” across all sports at our public school. They even tried to force our coach to hand over the privately raised money so it could be redistributed. Thankfully, our coach was an old‑school Canadian ex‑pro hockey player who didn’t take shit from anyone, and told them to F off, and we continued with our meatloaf road meals as planned. The principal and AD eventually backed off, but the superintendent had a vendetta against our team and probably mostly just our coach so he never stopped. He even went as low as instructing bus drivers not to take us to the restaurants we’d planned for on the road. Our coach always overrode it, once even driving the bus himself since he had the license from coaching cross‑country. Over the next few years we continued the fundraising for better meals. Some of the other teams, and other parents continued to badger the supt., our coach and even sometime us players about it instead of just joining us in fundraising. Watching peers and especially some of our own “leaders” work so hard to sabotage a positive thing for us was eye opening and really stuck with us. It gave us an early look at how petty and nefarious and systems and people can be, even at the local level. And honestly, in the end, all it did was radicalize about 30 teenage hockey players for the rest of their lives who walked away believing “equality” was the dirtiest word in the English language. 😂

My battle belt concept is coming along. So far, what I have is straightforward and combos up as always. Features: - Universal “inner” belt - Outer “shooters” belt - Outer “load-bearing” belt The shooters belt is a standard low-profile MOLLE belt that you can set up for your LARP. The load-bearing belt is a stiffened, thicker, and padded MOLLE belt that allows you to mount magazine pouches, canteens, and other load-bearing equipment. The entire system is interoperable with the Väkärián H Harness and features completely non-proprietary hardware and mounting so you can use anybody else’s stuff. As usual, the innovation comes from its modularity and compatibility with other systems. I will also include a standard pouch suite. What do you think?

🚨WEIRD PLAY ALERT🚨 This just happened in the @Marlins and @Dodgers game. You don't see a 4-unassisted ground into double play very often. While Edwards does tag Ohtani, he was ruled out of the baseline, and then Edwards tagged first base. The out of the baseline is an out credited to the fielder that the runner is avoiding, which is Edwards. Weird one for sure. @jaysonst do your thing, but I believe this is the first 4-unassisted ground ball double play since 7/24/1966 when the immortal Cesar Tovar of the Minnestoa Twins did it in the sixth inning against the Boston Red Sox.
