Euphoria ids a wonderful feeling that you can accomplish anything , increased energy and very happy..euphoric. It may last anywhere from 10" to 4 hours, depending on the drug.

Yesterday, someone felt the need to school me on kratom telling me it has the same euphoric feeling as oxycodone. I responded : what’s wrong with feeling euphoric? How about I take your daily glass of wine away from you? No euphoria for you either.

@psychmd401 @CMerandi My Father in law is like my own dad. Is this going to be the norm for elderly folks w/back pain?..dr.s did treat my FIL s pain for 2 weeks but thats it!..they did not want him to get ADDICTED..n suggested PT would take the pain away..he cant walk unless his pain is treated..

The dosing strategy used an ER preparation that provided lower peak drug levels (perhaps subtherapeutic) than an IR preparation would have. The end metric timing is problematic, as is the goal level for pain relief. 😠
