If Drs in the hospital had treated my pain after my motorcycle accident when I was 15 the way many #CPP are treated today I would never have seen 16. Along with my injuries and 10 pints of blood which was replaced until the bleeding stopped pain relief was given top priority.

I never properly understood the expression "It will take an act of Congress to blah, blah, blah...until recently. Because getting Congress to care about the CDC Guidelines, how they were created and the effect they've had, will take an act of Congress..

Recently we have heard from nurses and doctors at hospitals (who are afraid to give their names) claiming even gun shot wounds and 3rd degree burns aren't allowed to get opioids. It's all IV Tylenol and Toradol. Stop claiming everyone gets opioids "like candy." 2022 is not 1999.

Not getting pain control post op is all about $. 3-5 days of opiates is a few cents. 3 days of a temporary pain pump is most likely several thousand $. Also 2-3 Xs as many holes sliced through my abdominal wall. So I need to find another Dr bc they can make your life a misery.
