Only 15% of America's refused the COVID Vaxx. Kinda terrifying...that means that 85% of people followed the crowd. How many pure bloods are out there?

Constitutional amendment. Allocate $2 trillion a year to provide free healthcare for everyone in America. Elderly, poor, government workers, every single person. $2 trillion is more per capita than Canada or England. Increase at core inflation every year. Constitutional amendment. Yes, there will be waits and rationing. But this “system” will be forced to pay doctors the most to compete with the private market and to be efficient. And then separately, let there be a private market that’s minimally regulated. No subsidies. You pay out of pocket or get your employer to pay. Whatever. Total free market. There will be no wait times and you’ll get the best quality of care from the best doctors. Otherwise we’re going to end up bankrupt. Only a constitutional amendment can stop the rise in costs.

Let's be clear, this has nothing to do with age. Plenty of seniors are adept with modern technology, it has everything to do with personal motivation and stubbornness. Computers have been normal in the workplace for more than half this man's life.

This 81 year old man is a lifelong Dodgers fan & has been a season pass holder for over 50 years & was just told that he would no longer be allowed to get printed tickets only digital from now on & he’s barely able to navigate a computer & phone.Dodgers aren’t replying to anyone.

@JakeLandauTO I'm barely over 40, hate and stopped going to hockey games after covid because of this digital-everything push. People don't want apps for everything. It sucks the fun out of a normal existence.

My boomer uncle bought his house for $68,000 in 1992, Today it’s worth $1,300,000. He always told me I was in the will. Said I’d be taken care of. I spent years thinking I had a safety net. He died this week. The house went to his wife. Who is 61. Who just announced she’s getting remarried. I am not in the new will.

2021: Insurance broker tells me my premium will renew at $1200. 2022: Insurance broker tells me my premium is going up to $1275. 2023: Insurance broker tells me my insurance provider is no longer willing to insure my property, because my property is in a "high fire zone." The only carrier that will insure will charge $2100. 2024: Insurance broker tells me that provider is now leaving California, and the only provider that will insure the property will charge me $3,200. **I switch insurance brokers** 2025: New insurance broker tells me there's no one that will insure the property. 2026: I'm done with this shit. The property is now for sale.

@mikehawk345225 It's cheating. There are rules for usage, because taxpayers foot the bill to zone and build housing, add the infrastructure, etc. Conversely, hotels and other commercial developments pay their fair share of those costs. People don't live in a hotel.

Another San Diego home flipped to $400/night Airbnb. Owner tried to rent it at the rent estimate, failed. Cheated and went to short-term rental. The property is registered as owner-occupied. This may be mortgage fraud.

ME: Daycare is expensive, but worth it. THEM: Why would you pay to have someone else raise your kids? ME: They're not raising my kids, they're taking care of them while we work. THEM: One of you should quit your job so you aren't handing your kids off to strangers each day. ME: They're not strangers, they're professionals. And we'd have even less money if one of us stayed at home with the kids. THEM: It shouldn't be about money, it should be about bonding with your kids. ME: Kids need bonding with more than just their parents. Their daycare teachers and other kids at daycare are some of their best friends, and they're excited to go each day. THEM: You're letting them get indoctrinated by today's education system and propaganda. ME: They're literally learning colors, the ABCs, and how to count to 10. THEM: Some parents just don't want to be parents! ME: *stops arguing with a wall*

@hutchinson GEN X wants to primarily be left alone, a lot of democrat policies involve very large government involvement not to mention Gen X wants kids left alone and apparently the Dems can’t do that.

Californians, be careful about believing CBS News, it's owned by Larry Ellison who's a rightwing creep who;s trying to help Repubs take over Calif and ruin it. Yes, gas costs more in California, but I remember when the air was so toxic from pollution it made your eyes sting.
CBS Sacramento@CBSSacramento

For years, California leaders accused oil companies of price gouging at the pump, but a state investigation found no evidence of that. Instead, a CBS News California investigation found what's really driving the highest gas prices in the U.S. cbsloc.al/3PPOHwW

@GreenTextRepost Delivery Driver Here: Depends on how far away it is, more than the total. If it's five minutes away, $2 is fine. If you live towards the edge of delivery area and make me drive 20 min there and 20 min back and then hand me $5 for 40 minutes of my time, I'mma be pissed.

I can’t believe this. This dude completely scammed my insurance company. His friend dumped him out of his wheelchair right in front of my truck while I was stopped at a light, not moving. The cops came, saw that there was no damage to his chair or my car and he was totally fine according to the paramedics who arrived. I told the cops it was a scam, that my car never touched him or his chair. His friend ran, he refused to go to the hospital, the cops took my info & insurance and the police report said there was no evidence of any accident or injury. I spoke with the insurance and told them it was a scam and to not pay anything. ~6 months later, my insurance payments more than doubled. I went into their app and found out @progressive paid this con artist $41,426 for an imaginary injury and the most expensive wheelchair in frickin’ existence! And now I’m paying for their stupidity. I’m done with these bozos. Ridiculous. 🤦‍♂️

Custom orders of the Tesla Model S & X have come to an end. All that’s left are some in inventory. We will have an official ceremony to mark the ending of an era. I love those cars. This was me at production launch 14 years ago:
