@BMW_UK - never buy a BMW… BMW assist is a total disgrace. Left me and my elderly mother on a motorway for 4 hours before xmas before I was finally told to arrange my own recovery! I am still £250 out of pocket and have had no reply to multiple attempts to contact. Disgusting

@DFS we took delivery of a sofa today and part was missing. I then had a 45 mile round trip to collect the missing part from my most local store and then it is damaged… we are now told we have to wait until 26th April for anyone to sort this?! What??????

@SamsungUK_CS disgraceful service- 2 hours to not have our query to resolve. A damaged fridge not unpacked as we are doing building work and now just outside 28 days and told we have to sort ourselves….

@Tesco why don’t you limit the number of fireworks people can buy. I have been in the queue for 30 minutes and people are buying trollies full- not on!

chng.it/CYd5P9VV9Z having not commented publicly on our Govts approach to COVID-19 this is something I feel very strongly about. Its Ok for 6 18 year olds from 6 households to meet in a pub but I cant see even one set of friends or family that have a family bigger than 3!!
