Ladies, and gay men, do you remember Nikki and Krissy Taylor? Up-and-coming supermodels in the late 80s/early 90s, you could not open the pages of Seventeen magazine without seeing them. Krissy tragically passed away at only 17 years old.

@AppyOrtho Agreed. I’m always jealous of those who can wear cute summer sweaters.

This might be a radical opinion, but… I’m getting really tired of people trying to shoot my President.

You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold." So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house? I didn't sell it. I didn't cash out. I didn't make a profit. But somehow I'm paying taxes on paper gains every single year. Interesting how "unrealized gains" only become a problem when wealthy folks are involved.

If you feel lost in life, do something hard. Spin up a side business, get strong, start a business. The thing you pick matters way less than just picking it. The fog usually clears when you start to build something tangible. Life's great truth is that you will either choose to do hard things or life will choose to be hard for you.

One person watches this and says "Ahhccttually it's not that simple because X Y or Z..." Another person watches & thinks "This guy is planting seeds of entrepreneurship into tens of millions of young minds. He's doing more for the future of America than 99% of everyone else. Pessimists might sound smart, but optimists get rich.

Cereal is really hard too. First you have to open the box without ripping the inner bag, then you need a clean bowl and spoon, then you have to pour the cereal in the bowl without pouring any on the ground, then you have to find MILK of all things and pour it over the cereal (Skim? 1%? 2%? Full fat? OMG, too many choices), which can be hard with those heavy gallon containers. After you eat it, then you have to clean a bowl and a spoon, which requires a sink, water and very expensive dish soap, and then what do you do with all that extra cereal and milk? Just throw it out? I mean, who wants cereal or milk in opened containers? So wasteful. Give me a soggy DoorDash breakfast burrito any day.

Some reasons why cooking is overwhelming for many: -To cook each cuisine requires different base set of spices, staples, etc -Popular recipes often include obscure, expensive ingredients -Purchasing exact item amts often not possible -Utilizing rest of perishable food challenging

@BekiWildandFree They're both tough! She did such a great job in her role. She didn't take the Noem and MTG route of self promotion and "look at me".

My heart sank. Tears. Prayers for Tulsi & husband.
Tulsi Gabbard 🌺@TulsiGabbard

I am deeply grateful for the trust President Trump placed in me and for the opportunity to lead @ODNIgov for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, I must submit my resignation, effective June 30, 2026. My husband, Abraham, has recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of bone cancer. He faces major challenges in the coming weeks and months. At this time, I must step away from public service to be by his side and fully support him through this battle.

This woman has lost 260 pounds eating in a calorie deficit, and she’s sharing one of her go-to high-protein meals — Thai inspired beef summer rolls with a homemade peanut sauce. Each roll comes in at about 225 calories and packs 33 grams of protein. She cooks up a flavorful beef filling with carrots, green onions, garlic, lemongrass, and basil, then wraps it all up in rice paper with some fresh veggies. The real star might be the high-protein peanut sauce she makes using PB2 powdered peanut butter. At the end, her husband tries one and it’s pretty clear he’s a big fan. It’s a great example of how you can still enjoy flavorful, satisfying food while staying in a deficit. Have you ever eaten in a calorie deficit? I’ve never tried it myself, but these spring rolls are actually making me want to give it a shot.
