@jonbrooks I’m seeing a lot of houses in my market that didn’t sell in summer/fall of 2025 so the listings got pulled. They’re being relisted now for the same price, but the new listings are all priced lower. Sellers who waited are competing with more and cheaper inventory

Seller “rage quitting” is exploding (+45%). Can’t get the price → pull the listing → blame the agent. They’re waiting for next year. But markets like Jacksonville are projected to fall in price due to increased supply. Denial today = worse outcomes tomorrow. Pent-up supply is building. Are you seeing this in your market?

Polis is consistently doing small but common sense things that promote freedom and liberal values. Small trucks are good! They're more energy efficient, they get the job done, and there's zero reason they should be banned by the regulatory state.
