@RegionsBank I have been calling Regions for help and my issue was never resolved. I was unlawfully charged $25 for a transaction that I never authorized. When I try to get a refund, I was told that the $25 deposit fee was the normal amount, which is not true. Help! @bbb_us

@Tekdir @Uber_Support I was in the same exact situation. My driver was never assigned, only I decided to wait it out and the food was being "delivered" up until 3am. When I woke up the next morning the app said it was "delivered".

@Uber_Support I was charged a cancellation fee on Uber Eats. I cancelled after 2 hours of waiting, my order wasn't even sent to a driver. I ordered at 10:53pm the "latest" delivery time was set at 12:10am. I then cancelled when the time went to 1:10am. Please refund this charge!!
