@CShouka @SAS Unfortunately they're not bots - they're real scammers based in Kenya. I had a really bad experience with one yesterday. Stay far away from them.

So @SAS wont refund or transfer outbound checked baggage to inbound, even if added because their UI is misleading. Looks like I'm stuck with an extra outbound bag :) Looking for some ideas for the most annoying things I can check in and then leave at the airport

@SAS I assume you realize that there are scammers from Kenya impersonating SAS customer service. @SAS_HelpDesk14 is out there scamming customers who thought they were talking to SAS.

How do you report a fraudster/scammer account that is posing as SAS customer support but is a scammer in Kenya? SAS-HelpDesk☎️ is fake tried scamming money from me.

@SAS @fly_SASAirline I was on hold with for over 45 minutes waiting to get an answer about a flight booking I was about to make for business class for 2 people, and in that time the price went up by $400. So you just lost two customers.
