It’s simple midterm logic. There are four seats thought to be the most important - NC, ME, MI, GA. The last two are Dem held so therefore cannot be “flips.” The first two are Rep held. Collins always wins and I suspect will win again. That leaves the one as “most likely.”
None of the second tier Red Senate seats will flip if NC doesn’t first.
