@ChartBreakouts Looks to me like this video has had the shark added in PP. Why can you see all of the boy’s body beneath the surface, but not the shark’s body (only the head) at the moment of the supposed bite? Has this video been verified as from a trusted source?

@GeoffreyATuck @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople Exactly the same thing for us. They won’t ever reply to you. It’s just a bot on DMs which is against Twitter T&Cs. You will have to open a complaint with Energy Ombudsman. Worth mentioning to Ofgem too as not the only one. Good luck.

@SP_EnergyPeople I still have a faulty meter and you have not responded to my emails or messages. On the phone I get cut off. This is absolutely unacceptable! I am unable to pay for my electricity and am concerned we will be cut off again. This issue has persisted since aug '22

Ughh @SP_EnergyPeople are so frustrating. Hours long phone queues, webchat saying it's overwhelmed & disconnecting, No replies to DMs & all the while saying "Unexpected Demand" like winter isnt a thing that happens every year & like they can't hire more staff to improve service.

It should be an obvious issue to fix but it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Their Twitter “help” is just a bot that stops replying. Phones, webchat all same.@MartinSLewis

Anyone with Scottish Power on DD check your account - they ve just increased my payments by £42 a month without telling me - despite me being £89 in credit… As the only option to speak to someone is a bot I ve had to cancel my DD #scottishpower
