SWALWELL’S NANNYGATE BOMBSHELL: Hired ILLEGAL Brazilian nanny OFF-THE-BOOKS and blew over $300,000 in campaign cash on his personal childcare! Straight-up violations of federal immigration AND election laws — while he lectures the rest of us on “compassion.” This is elite Democrat CORRUPTION at play: rules for thee, but not for him. Eric Swalwell is UNFIT to govern California. Drop out NOW!
Joel Gilbert@JoelSGilbert

Hey @EricSwalwell - looks like you accidentally posted your ILLEGAL ALIEN Brazilian nanny Amanda Barbosa on Instagram when YOU WERE HIDING HER off the books in 2024! DROP OUT of the governor's race NOW! >Read DHS Complaint: tinyurl.com/42wtwn72

A new hoax against Dan Bongino and Kash Patel just dropped. This time the claim is that they covered up the J6 pipe bomber case because former Capitol Police officer Shauni Kerkhoff failed a November FBI polygraph test when asked if she placed pipe bombs on Jan. 5, 2021. This is so asinine. First off, there’s a reason that polygraphs are inadmissible in court: they’re unreliable. If any of these clowns treating this as some kind of explosive bombshell ever read the book Mindhunter they’d know that polygraphs are basically a pseudoscience can be gamed. Second, Kerkhoff provided video evidence showing her at home playing with her puppies at the exact time the bombs were placed. So unless she has an identical twin, she didn’t place the bombs. This has widely reported already in case you think I’m making this up. This is pure clickbait to once again attack the administration. Don’t fall for it, don’t be a sucker.

@MZHemingway You showed up. You hedged and then you framed a constitutional provision that has been in place since 1868 as radical. Your regime frames 158 years of settled law as an illegitimate system that needs to be overthrown.

I attended today's oral argument and while I'm not sure how it will go, it seemed to me the justices engaged seriously with Sauer's arguments. I'd be surprised if they said the 14th Amendment or Kim Wong Ark support today's radical birthright citizenship regime.

🧵THREAD: Is Trump's hunch about foreign influence in SCOTUS correct? After the Supreme Court's 6-3 ruling on tariffs, Trump said "It's my opinion that the court has been swayed by foreign interests and a political movement that is far smaller than people would ever think." Trump is likely referring to the ideology of supranationalism -- a centuries-old ideology that considered tariffs to be among the highest economical blunders, not for economic reasons, but because tariffs dare to assert national rights in a telos of universal liberalism. But is he right about the foreign influence? As has been widely reported, @MikeBenzCyber has unpacked the details of the friendship between John Roberts and Norm Eisen, and their Prague vacations where they discussed "American and European rule-of-law issues" together. But there's more to it. A lot more. 👇 As always, patience as I pull the thread together.

Meet Eric Swalwell's illegal alien Brazilian nanny, Amanda Barbosa, slaving away in 2024. She is "off the books" so Swalwell likely failed to pay required Social Security, Medicare taxes (FICA), Workers' Comp and Unemployment Insurance. Read DHS Complaint: tinyurl.com/42wtwn72

Not just women either. There are also allegations that Eric Swalwell (D-CA) is one of the members of Congress who used the taxpayer-funded congressional settlement account under the Congressional Accountability Act for sexual harassment or other workplace claims not once, but four times. The public is entitled to a full release of pre-2018 settlement details, including the names of lawmakers involved in the "sexual harassment slush fund." Other Controversies Involving Swalwell Swalwell has faced separate scrutiny that some critics loosely tie to "fund" or accountability issues, though they differ from the classic congressional slush fund: Campaign spending on legal fees: His congressional campaign paid over $300,000 (2016–2023) to a Bay Area law firm (Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass) specializing in white-collar defense, employment law, etc. Swalwell's team described it as responses to "retaliatory investigations" (including Trump-era probes). Critics called it using donor money for personal legal protection. 👈 Swalwell is suing the FBI to keep this and other nefarious activities hidden. Childcare reimbursements: FEC filings show his campaign reimbursed him over $200,000 for claimed "campaign-related" childcare (2019–2025), including payments to his wife. Campaign finance experts criticized this as blurring personal vs. official expenses. Chinese spy connection (Christine Fang/Fang Fang): In 2020, reports revealed Swalwell's past interactions (including during his first marriage) with a suspected Chinese intelligence operative who volunteered on his campaign. He received an FBI defensive briefing in 2015, cut ties, and was not charged with wrongdoing. The House Ethics Committee closed its review in 2023 with no further action. This led to his removal from the House Intelligence Committee by Republicans. Other recent issues: As a 2026 California gubernatorial candidate, he's drawn attention for co-founding an AI campaign tool (Findraiser) that has earned fees from campaigns, including his own.

Leland Adams, the suspect who tried to break into @NICKIMINAJ’s house today, was arrested just five days ago and released the same day, thanks to California’s soft-on-crime policies. Nicki has also been hit with multiple swatting attempts in the state, yet Newsom and California Democrats have done nothing to protect her. Disgraceful.

At what point can states sue California etc. for the harm caused to our taxes and elections?
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

California Governor Gavin Newsom is refusing to release data on how much it’s costing taxpayers to pay for security for Kamala Harris so she can travel and do her “book tour” Dozens of California Highway Patrol officers have been assigned to Kamala Harris' book tour since August “We submitted two California Public Records Act requests. So on March 4th, we filed one with the governor's office. We asked specifically for documents and information related to just the cost, the numbers for the security arrangement — We also requested budget documents. A couple of weeks later, the Governor's legal unit replied that the governor's office is not the custodian of records. For this request, please contact the Highway patrol. We actually did contact the Highway Patrol that same day on March 4th. I submitted the request through their public records portal. I asked specifically for the salaries or hourly rates and overtime pay for the officers assigned to Harris between August of last year and April of this year. I also asked for receipts or evidence showing the total amount paid for flights, hotels, meals, and other travel expenses. During that time period, the Highway patrol confirmed they have records related to the situation, but they will not release them citing a section of the law that protects law enforcement related records.”
