In all seriousness though, I’m know this situation isn’t just Essex & I know that a lot of that £5.7m OT is forced 12 hour shifts which is slowly destroying the morale of the Police countrywide.

@CakeLegislator I’m going to say yes, it used to be in our office that it couldn’t go up (with other decs) until the first Christmas song had been played on our local radio station.
