Really would love to find someone to push a lawsuit against car rental companies publishing cars available to rent, and then not having any stock available.
Completely irritated with both @Hertz and @enterprise for lying about what they have available.

Just a reminder that there are far better car rental companies to rent from than @Hertz
You can be a gold member at Hertz for 20 years having spent tens of thousands on business rentals, and they will boot you because someone lied and said a windshield had a crack.
They can also somehow lose a returned car at LAX of all places and then charge your credit card for the loss until they figure out it’s not your fault 30 days later.

Let me expose how greedy @Hertz rental car is. How can your convenience fee be more than the actual price of the toll. This makes zero sense and I am calling you all out on it. The fee should not be more than 5 dollars. That’s more than any credit card company. Rental Canceled.

@CareCs37165 Confirm the fact yall have drivers you give rentals to that end up in the shop for days at a time and you guys are still charging them for those days knowing they can’t even work or drive the car. BTW that is considered deceptive trade practices and is VERY much illegal.
