I’m excited to announce my newest venture: Listener.com. For nearly a decade, podcasting has been at the center of my life. I launched my show in 2017, and it’s led to hundreds of interviews with world-class founders and creators. That podcast opened doors I never expected, introducing me to investors, partners, and customers, and ultimately shaping the foundation of my career. But podcasting has changed. What we call a “podcast” today goes far beyond audio. Shows now live across YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Apple, and social platforms, but the data behind them remains fragmented. There’s no single place to truly understand your audience, track your growth, or clearly communicate your value. And that’s a problem if you’re trying to grow your show, attract sponsors, or make more money. So today, I’m proud to share what we’ve been working on. @Listener is an AI-powered listener analytics platform built for modern podcasts, networks, and publishers. We bring podcast and social data into one clean dashboard, giving podcasters, agencies, and networks a complete view of their audience, performance, and cross-platform growth. It’s not just another analytics tool, it’s the infrastructure layer this industry has been missing. Because while podcasting is built on listeners, it’s the teams behind the content who need better tools. If you host a show, manage a network, or work in the podcasting space, I’d love to connect and show you what we’ve built. Send me a message or learn more at Listener.com

Yesterday, 11 months after I started, I got the final commit for fund 1 I raised 525k in 2 days. I thought I was made. 6 mo later, on Oct 1, I’d only signed 1.7m Fund returns helped, but the only change I made was to unapologetically be me. Being authentic pays, it’s just hard.

Today, we're excited to launch the next version of the Agree.com website that better showcases our agentic-first revenue stack from Contract → Invoice → Billing → Payments → Collections/Recovery — All-in-one. Over the past 12-months, we've built the fastest contract-to-cash platform on the market. We've been doubling the invoice volume every 6-to-8 weeks, we just surpassed +100,000 users, we've raised over $10M, and have had many of the biggest silicon valley and Fortune 100 brands in the industry signing and paying on platform.

Where's the podcast for co-founders? There's about a billion 1:1 interview shows with founders. But most business have co-founders, especially in the tech world. Interviewing two people at once may be harder, no question. But doesn't the podcast-founders-sphere keep talking about doing hard things? If you want to get a real look at what it's like to run a business with two+ founders, get them in a room, pepper them with questions, see them disagree, hear their different angles, see which defers to the other on certain topics, watch how they navigate difficult questions, watch decisions being made, watch ideas develop. That's the real view, the real interview. Yeah, maybe one person is way more interesting than the other. Yeah maybe one's the outspoken one and the other sits back. Ok — that's real. Let's see real. So who's going to do it? Huge opening. cc: @R_Mohr

@alexisohanian This is really cool. If you ever talk about portfolio companies on your pod + clips you should try using @listener for reports as well. I think you’d really enjoy the product!

Having millions of followers is useful as a VC because I can do free distribution for your companies (not many VCs have even this kind of reach) — but automatically *reporting* that value directly to your founders is something only 776 does thanks to Cerebro.

Wix just printed money. They bought Base44 for $80M in June 2025. Nine months later it's at $100M ARR. That's a payback period of less than a year on an acquisition, which almost never happens in SaaS M&A. For context, Google paid $1.65B for YouTube. Salesforce paid $27.7B for Slack. Meta paid $1B for Instagram. Those deals took years to justify the price. Wix got a $100M ARR product for $80M in cash, then pointed 250M+ users at it. By August 2025, two months post-acquisition, Wix's CEO was already calling Base44's growth "supersonic" and raising full-year revenue guidance. They went from projecting $40-50M ARR for Base44 to accelerating toward $100M before the year ended. The Super Bowl ad last month tells you how confident they are in the unit economics. You don't buy a $7M+ ad slot for a product that isn't already printing. Maor Shlomo built it solo, wrote 90% of the code with Claude, had fewer than 10 employees, and sold for $80M. Smart exit. But the person who made the real trade was Wix's CEO, who recognized that a vibe coding platform plugged into Wix's infrastructure and distribution could 10x faster than it could alone. $80M for $100M+ ARR. Best SaaS acquisition of the decade so far.
Maor Shlomo@MS_BASE44

I can finally share that base44 passed $100M ARR, and is growing faster than ever. This makes us one of the fastest companies to do so. Definitely the fastest without VC backing :) I'm taking some time to digest. This milestone is surprisingly emotional for me, to be honest. Maybe it's just reflecting on how crazy this past year has been. I'll probably post some stuff i've learned from powering through it. But for now - I want to thank our users, for trusting us to turn their wildest ideas into reality. For building their businesses on our platform. And for pushing us to be a better product every day. Base has by far the wildest, most valuable community in this market, and it’s not even close. And lastly, It's hard to state how much I'm grateful for the Base44 team. Thank you for being there with me, in the trenches, on this generational run. You're the most talented, hard working, sometimes funny people I've worked with. ------ 5 million users later, It's still day 1 for base44

Today we're announcing a new round of funding that values @eightsleep at $1.5 billion, led by @tether Investments. Ten years ago I started Eight Sleep with one conviction: the night is the most underutilized lever in human health. Almost nobody was engineering their sleep. Last year, we hit free cash flow positivity, launched 3 new products, expanded to 34 countries, and published peer-reviewed studies showing the Pod reduces menopausal hot flashes by 56% and restores the body's natural circadian temperature rhythm during sleep, lowering core body temperature and improving cardiovascular recovery. A product you sleep on is producing clinical outcomes that rival pharmaceutical interventions. We're now building a predictive AI agent trained on 1B+ hours of sleep data. It anticipates your night before it happens. And we're advancing FDA filings for sleep apnea detection. Passive. Every night. No wires, no clinic visits. The night is just the beginning.

ADWEEK named me to its AI Power 50 here's what that says about where newsletter advertising is heading... email works. newsletters are direct, high-trust, and chronically under-monetized. but the way ads have historically been run? manual, fragmented, and impossible to scale. so we rebuilt the system. after acquiring Swapstack in 2023, we unified the marketplace within @beehiiv and rebuilt it into an AI-powered network that: • analyzes content, audience signals, and historical performance to match brands with the right newsletters at scale • optimizes placement, pricing, and performance in real-time • adapts creative to the voice and format of each publication so ads feel native the experience we're building is closer to Facebook Ads Manager than anything that's existed for email. except it's built for newsletters, by people who've lived it AI isn't a feature for us — it's the optimization layer that powers the entire marketplace. today, newsletters on @beehiiv collectively earn more than $1M every month from premium sponsors like Netflix, Roku, HubSpot, Nike, AG1, and hundreds of others this recognition belongs to the Ad Network team, who have been building this relentlessly alongside me we're just getting started. 😈
