@pnbindia Thanks for the copy-paste reply. The issue isn’t where to complain. It’s why senior citizens are denied digital TPIN reset and forced to visit branches physically. Please forward this to someone who can explain the logic behind a policy so inaccessible to elderly customers.

@AxisBankSupport Everyone please always check your monthly credit card statements. If you don't, Axis bank adds other debits and charges out of no where without any explanation in there statements. I thought I could trust them but with banks one has to be always vigilant
