my team didn't want me to give this away for free. But I'm going to do it anyway it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes the dashboard has three tabs: 1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number 2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget 3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. The single view for what is working I built this because this is how I drive our SEO and AEO forward it gives me the insights I need to allocate budget and prioritize what content to work on next I decided to give it away because most companies have no idea AI search is already sending them traffic like this post and comment "AEOdashboard" and I'll send it over

I use to feel like I was wasting my life. I was always insanely ambitious but I would waste day after day doom scrolling / chasing short term dopamine. There is nothing more painful than sitting on the sidelines watching others live the life you dream of. Live streaming has COMPLETELY fixed this. Everyday I go live, I am fully locked in. Five hours of work goes by in seconds. Chat is there to provide insight, bounce ideas off, and keep me motivated. I feel like I’m on the strongest form of Adderall. Today I had 30 viewers. That might seem like nothing, but it makes me soo happy / proud that people want to watch me build. A few years ago I was personal training your grandmother in a commercial gym. I am one of the least talented / technical builders in the world. ( chat knows this well ) Everything I have built / made has come from pain, consistency, and sometimes just psychotic levels of inability to give up. I live for this shit.

Just downloaded ur app and looks super clean. Here are my 2 cents you didn’t ask: - You could have autofocus on input of onboarding steps - The goals weight are very problem oriented, my goal is to look even better 😅 I would have like a goal that is empowering - Very much like the loader while u setting everything up - I talked in Spanish and the voice to text did not work. I think you could have whisper recognize the language - I tried to reset goal to test and even though I have a free trial I’m prompt with the paywall again and can’t access the app again ups Leaving u a 5 star anyway for the support ! Keep up the good work
