It's become disgustingly obvious. After talking to loads of $10K-$100K MRR iOS app developers and dissecting their businesses... I'm very confident that successful mobile apps come down to: 1. great onboarding 2. that leads to some sort of hard paywall 3. with the balls to not offer a free plan ofc you need solid product and distribution to get those users in the door but, the customer and the money is mostly made right after install.
