I submitted the form, got a confirmation/ thank you then received a confirmation e-mail. Roughly two weeks later (yesterday) I contacted your Mesa, AZ office and a woman answers. She was friendly at first then stated she could not find my online form. She then proceeded to ask me about my situation. I explained it is a Civil Rights violation by the @MesaPD Air Support unit and I submitted a DOJ complaint. The DOJ informed me, it is a civil rights violation but it is at our discretion to investigate. We currently chose not to investigate your situation at this time. I reached out for your help because it appears you may be the only way one to help me.
