I’m’a say this again: John Wall is a basketball savant. Dude watches EVERYBODY: high schools, AAU, colleges, NBA, WNBA, men, women. Wants to be a GM. Can break a game down both to hoop heads and casuals. Will be great on TV with reps.

@JasonB1226 @TheAtlantic The fight to save the Kennedy Center is not over. Wolf Trap is too far away from the capital city to be a target right now.

What happening to Kennedy Center is a tragedy. The Center is a memorial to one of a nation's great tragedies. Its mission spoke 2 what we want as a nation. If maintenance was needed, there's a way 2 do it and not detract from its symbolism. Not alienate the people who support it

@dcsportsking @GoodmanHoops St John's plays relentless defense. They play the kind of defense that can allow you to make a deep run. They have a "throwback" culture, defense, pound the paint. If you are purest, they are enjoyable to watch. @SheehanPodcast

St. John’s is a thorn in Dan Hurley and UConn’s behinds. Love both teams this season for deep runs. I have both teams in my top 8

Another thing that flew under the radar: The Wizards benched Bub Carrington, who was on the floor for the entirety of their comeback and was having one of his best games of the season, for the entire overtime period. Wasn’t in foul trouble. Wasn’t playing bad. Simply benched.

@GregFinberg They replaced Bub with Tristan right? It seemed like a subtle tanking move TBH. That five with Bub was crushing it. Tristan kinda did disrupt our offensive flow.

@CLG98264897 When you have 2 make a decision like this, there is no correct answer. Its a matter of taste and personal preference in music. On my own is my fav, but you tell me I can't love Fire and Desire or Saturday Love. It just depends on my mood. But On My Own is my fav. IMO. Peace.

@GoodmanHoops Big mistake by teams often hiring inexperienced coaches that were former players, Puts Georgetown, Saint John’s, and Michigan in a awful spot having to fire the best player in their programs history

@RyanSublett1 @GoodmanHoops I can support your argument for Howard, unfortunately he will be remembered for how he left and the two incidents with other coaches.

@GoodmanHoops How are we defining “getting it done” Juwan Howard got to a sweet 16 and an elite 8 and won a conference title. Some of these jobs to be honest just aren’t good. Doesn’t really have anything to do with the coach.

@Yohova47 @GoodmanHoops @yohova27 Can support your argument for Penny, can't for Ewing and Woodson. Ewing had that one season (Im a Ewing and Hoya fan) and Woodson IMO was a NBA coach who couldn't transition to today's student athlete. IMO wanted to be Bobby Knight 2.0.

@GoodmanHoops Woodson was getting it at done, he was betrayed by an obnoxious fan base and media. Ewing won a BE title. Penny has had a lot of success at Memphis. There’s a lot more nuance to this.

@GregFinberg @BulletsForever Hope he gets a legitimate look for the job. One of the traits he's known for is player development. Highly thought of in the coaching ranks.

February’s rookie scoring leaders: 1. Cooper Flagg (27.3) 2. Kon Knueppel (21.5) 3. VJ Edgecombe (16.3) 4. Will Riley (14.6) An impressive month for Washington’s first-round pick, who averaged 14.6 PPG on 47% FG and 37.5% 3PT in Feb. 📈
