As part of the Blue Revolution, I believe culture should never be used as a shield for authoritarianism. Celebrations such as May 24 and June 20 have become political tools used by the regime to promote propaganda, intimidate the diaspora, and silence opposing voices. As justice seekers, we must separate our beautiful culture and identity from a system built on fear, repression, and division. #NoMorePFDJPropaganda #NoMorePFDJTerror #BlueRevolution #FreedomForEritrea #JusticeSeekers #RegimeChangeInEritrea #TransnationalRepression #NoMorePFDJPropaganda #HumanRightsMatter #RegimeChangeInEritrea #EndFear #EritreanVoices #Justice @Daerona901 @UNHumanRights @amnesty @hrw @AJEnglish @BBCWorld @martinplaut @TiborPNagyJr @EU_Commission @SecBlinken

6/6 My Father Has Been Imprisoned for 9,000 Days
hostageaid.org/my-father-has-… Sweden - Expressen When her father, Dawit Isaak, was arrested in Eritrea, she had just turned three years old. That was 9,000 days ago. Danait Isaak has not given up hope of seeing him again — but Sweden must do more. I believe Sweden needs to act more clearly against Eritrea’s regime. Sanctions within the EU need to be pushed harder. Despite everything, my family and I have never stopped hoping. I still hope to see him again. To speak with him as an adult. To hear his voice again. To see him writing with that pen that always followed him. But hope must not become an excuse for passivity. 9,000 days is 9,000 days too many. Sweden must dare to do more — not only for my father, but for all Swedish citizens who are still being silenced and deprived of their freedom by dictatorships. @bergersus @Edelstam @TheRWCHR @BietelhemI @Danait4 @FreeDawit

HAW Daily Brief 1/6 Imprisoned for 9,000 Days – Dawit Isaak Must Be Released Now! hostageaid.org/imprisoned-for… Sweden - Global Bar Dawit Isaak has now spent more than a third of his life in prison. His family has the right to the truth about his fate. The EU has for years abstained from directly challenging Eritrea on the issue of human rights, counting instead on continued engagement and an “enhanced interactive dialogue” with the regime. The lackluster results of this approach strongly suggest that if Dawit Isaak is to be saved, Sweden and its European partners need to dramatically change course and finally make the rescue of their own citizen a top priority. Sweden and the EU are at a crossroad: Either they seek Dawit Isaak’s rescue with the determination and focus his situation demands; or they simply allow Eritrea to string them along, permitting both the uncertainty and the crimes committed against him to continue. After 9,000 days of painful waiting, Dawit Isaak and his family deserve to know which it will be. @bergersus @Edelstam @TheRWCHR @BietelhemI @Danait4 @FreeDawit

@Tunback, jag kan inte föreställa mig hur svårt det har varit för hans familj under alla dessa år. #Sverige måste vara medvetet om att ju längre tid det tar, desto värre blir situationen. ta kraftfulla åtgärder nu! #FreeDawitIsaak #BlueRevolution @MariaStenergard @jimmieakesson

The Blue Revolution stands for justice, truth, and freedom — not for celebrations manipulated by a totalitarian regime to spread propaganda and deepen divisions within the diaspora. I personally cannot support festivities like May 24 and June 20 while they are being used to silence criticism, normalize repression, and maintain political control over our people worldwide. Our identity and culture should unite us, not be exploited for authoritarian survival. #BlueRevolution #JusticeForEritrea #NoMorePFDJ #TransnationalRepression #Freedom #HumanRights #EndDictatorship #JusticeSeekers #Eritrea #DiasporaVoices @Daerona901 @UN @UNHumanRights @hrw @amnesty @BBCWorld @AJEnglish @martinplaut @EU_Commission @POTUS

As part of the Blue Revolution, I believe our struggle is not against our culture, traditions, or identity — it is against a totalitarian regime that continues to exploit national festivities such as May 24 and June 20 as tools of propaganda, division, and transnational repression across the diaspora. As justice seekers, we cannot remain silent while cultural celebrations are politicized to normalize oppression, silence criticism, intimidate communities abroad, and separate our people. The Blue Revolution stands for truth, justice, accountability, and the liberation of our people from fear and authoritarian control. Our culture belongs to the people — not to a regime that uses it to maintain power and manipulate national identity for political survival. #BlueRevolution #JusticeForEritrea #NoMorePFDJPropaganda #TransnationalRepression #Eritrea #HumanRights #JusticeSeekers #FreedomForEritrea #RegimeChangeInEritrea #EndDictatorship @Daerona901 @UNHumanRights @amnesty @hrw @martinplaut @TiborPNagyJr @BBCWorld @AJEnglish @EU_Commission @SecBlinken

@ParlCH @DrChTouati @BR_Sprecher @spschweiz @KjetilTronvoll @gerhardpfister @martinplaut @beat_jans @SEMIGRATION

Human lost in Eritrea‼️ In the shadow of a silent cell,
9 thousand dawns have come and gone.
Dawit Isaak, voice of THE truth,
still chained where freedom’s light is none. No charge, no trial, no mercy shown
just endless nights in Eritrea’s hold.
A journalist’s pen, a nation’s plea,
still echoes through the years untold. On this May 15th, we remember still:
one man’s courage time cannot kill. Free Dawit Isaak. He has been detained in Eritrea prison for 9,000 days as of today May 15th, 2026.

Based on published reports, Craig Foreman faced disciplinary restrictions in Evin prison after conducting an interview with the BBC World network and referring to the difficult conditions of the people of Iran. It is said that prison officials have deprived him of in-person and booth visits with his wife for three weeks; an action carried out without clear explanation and without following a specified disciplinary process. @freelindscraig

This is the real #Eritrea — a country where thousands of young women have been trapped in endless military service, stripped of their freedom, dignity, and future. For many Eritrean women, national service has become a system of fear, harassment, and sexual violence. Commanders abuse their power, forcing young girls into silence and treating them as sexual property instead of human beings. Those who resist often face punishment, torture, imprisonment, intimidation, or even disappearance. Behind the propaganda and staged celebrations lies a hidden reality that the regime desperately wants the world to ignore. Countless Eritrean women carry deep psychological scars from the abuse they suffered in military camps and prisons. Most never speak publicly about it — not because it didn’t happen, but because the trauma, fear, shame, and social stigma are too heavy to carry openly. An entire generation has grown up under repression, where women are denied safety, justice, and basic human rights. Many flee the country risking death in deserts and seas, because even that feels safer than staying under a dictatorship that destroys lives in silence. We must continue to speak for those who cannot speak freely. Silence protects the oppressor, never the victims. @hawelti this #Eritrea you and your evil 😈 party leads looks like. #BlueRevolution #EritreaAt35 #Eritrea #JusticeForEritrea #EndIndefiniteConscription #HumanRights #EritreanWomen #FreedomForEritrea #StopTheAbuse x.com/meha65796/stat…
