Back at it after a wonderful holiday season. A general question. Even now in 2023 what is a true #CRE Broker Tech Stack? I have some ideas, but are the choices as limited as I think or are there more choices than anyone could possibly use?

@dukelong I’ve also heard hubspot is a great “core” platform to buildout with automations, etc. I’m a huge fan of salesforce though due to plugins and 3rd party admins that can help customize.

@dukelong Marketing Automation - Constant contact, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp etc. too many choices and options to cover.

@dukelong Tenant Info - I use @ZoomInfo. They have fairly accurate data and integration with salesforce (which includes @BuildoutInc ReThink or Apto CRMs). Or your own homegrown salesforce CRM.

@dukelong Property Lookup - @reonomy or @ProspectNow. Both have pros/cons. Bulk downloads - Reonomy. CRM APO - @ProspectNow with @BuildoutInc’s ReThink CRM (no Apto compatibility)

@dukelong Marketing - Either use @BuildoutInc marketing software, hire someone in house, or use a 3rd party (reliability questionable)

@dukelong CRM - there’s few worthy “out of the box” options. The two primaries, Apto and Rethink, are owned by @BuildoutInc. Apto was great, but now poor customer support and will not be updated.

@maxfisherRE The deal is about adding value to your client. If you think going Kamikaze does just that - OK. However it did not do much for Japan in WW II.

When someone in a deal feels like they have leverage over me and wants to use it with intention I will intentionally kamikaze that deal To set the precedent that IDGAF about the money or the deal It’s the principle to me

After about 20 years, time to switch from @ATT as their service has gone so far downhill it's just not worth it anymore. Of the... two... other carriers, who's the lesser of the two evils?

@elonmusk It’s a unique platform. I really help you can do the seemingly impossible task of making it level. It seems like not too long ago I was understanding ICQ and AOL chatrooms. So far we’ve come.

Lol - broker in ATL just cold emailed MY PARTNER when he meant to email our client. Can't make this stuff up!

@harrisoncmac First year in brokerage I cold emailed a tenant of a building with the argument that they should consider relocating because their building was in major disrepair and they could get better and quality down the street. The “tenant” I emailed was the owner of the building.
