@AerLingus Political answer & run around we R getting from your company. “IF” the flight is canceled I will get a complete refund I don’t want a voucher or move the date. We R unable to fly due 2 Federal lock down = NO FLYING why isn’t the flight canceled when u know we legally can’t fly?

@DerekCorbeil Good morning, Derek. If you booked on the Aer Lingus website and travelling before May 31st, options to change travel date (no change fee but a fare difference may apply) or a voucher for the value of your flight plus 10% valid to make a new reservation up to 5 years.

@AerLingus how do you expect people to fly out of Toronto on May 8th when we are still under lock down until May 12th at minimum? We can’t get to the Airport!!! Just refund us the trip so when we do fly to Ireland we choose you to get us there in the future

@AerLingus I understand BUT why not just cancel the flight if U know we r not allowed 2 be at the airport due 2 lockdown set by the Ontario Government. Times R tough & that flight money would support my family during this time - Ireland has been a dream trip - right now it’s about surviving
