@rhiannonlucyc There are quite a few (one flight up from the tube, and then another flight up to national rail) but you would be fine if there are two of you and the yo-yo is lightweight - I do it all the time

@HMRCcustomers I am trying to change my name since getting married. The issue is that I can’t pass any of the identity verifications because my drivers license and passport are now in my married name. I then can’t verify the name change further for the same reason, and the helpline cuts off

@EmilyFoulger We’ve been through this - voucher seems to be the only option sadly. You might be able to get a refund on taxes, if you do ever get through, but that was about £15 for us. 😑

@British_Airways I know you are under extreme pressure, but are you able to help with a refund for cancelled flights on here? The only option on your website is a voucher which we don’t want and we can’t get through on the phone to anyone 😔

@emirates Hi Emirates. I’ve just checked in for my flight on Thursday and my husband and I have been automatically allocated seats on separate rows, with no other seats left together to chose from. Why do you not seat people together? We are on the same booking! 😞
