NEW: Health leaders believe the surge of Covid-19 has "peaked" in @OrangeCoFL. The rolling positivity rate is down to 17.86% after holding around 20% for a few weeks. Orange also has 544 cases per 100k people right now. The highest was 634 per 100k & the lowest was 54 per 100k.
