Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Kimberly Harrington participated in a panel on U.S.-Türkiye energy relations. There is significant potential in #Türkiye for the U.S. #energy industry, especially #LNG exporters. Bilateral energy cooperation can also greatly enhance regional security and prosperity, including in Syria.

During my trip to Warsaw, I met with many world leaders from the region that aspire to create prosperous, independent, liberating futures for their citizens. America is all in on partnerships with all of those nations. Top down mandated energy policies coming from the EU in the name of fighting climate change are the single biggest headwind.   In the end, human freedom and energy liberty will prevail.

More than 80 years ago, oil was discovered in Saudi Arabia by American Max Steinecke. This is well number 1 and even though it took six more wells to strike oil, Max did not give up! This is also where America and Saudi Arabia’s energy partnership began. Today, Energy Minister HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud and I are strengthening that partnership.
