Amazon customer for years Same address Same name Same bank Yet it won't even check it's me, just keeps asking me to make sure I'm using a Visa or MC (which I am). Removed my card and re-added it. Which did trigger the verify, which I did. Nothing!

@AmazonHelp That doesn't work. I fill in the info on your website click verify and it just go's back to the top of the page, I don't have the option of putting in a code from my bank as it won't go that far.
