There are many ways to gain experience outside of a company. It sucks that many new to the industry do not have the opportunity others had in the past. I can't change that, companies are going to absolutely take advantage of that. Can be an ostrich, find another industry or be creative. Look at others like Revamp are doing at the University of Illinois to see creative ways to gain experience outside of traditional ways.

@_imey @nasscrave @MJHassam167 In my area, store brand bread specifically is about 1/3 the price while not being much worth quality. With housing, you kinda need it. Which means LLa can get away with crazy pricing even for studios, because you need somewhere to live.

If video games get to expensive (they are), I can just not buy them or sail the seas. If food is to expensive, I can buy store brand for food with a small quality decrease (1/2)

6 years of living in Texas and I've come to the conclusion that the no state income tax thing is basically a scam. The property taxes are so high that they negate any savings. We are still paying as many taxes in Texas as we would in California. You save on gas I guess.

Remember when we had to fight for Postal/UPS workers to even recieve AC in their trucks due to them passing out of heat stroke, we still are I think actually. Imagine these tractors in even more sun.
