I'm sorry, @Parcel2Go officially has the worst customer service known to delivery. We sent a package to @PoetryBookSoc two weeks ago - TWO WEEKS!! - they have not delivered it. #Evri accepts that they misplaced the parcel & didn't deliver it, yet Parcel2Go is rejecting our claim.

When @RoyalMail say they tried to deliver your parcel but you weren’t in 🙄 I definitely am in, have been in, and not only that, my house is at the end of a quiet, little road, and my Ring camera says LIES. Just say it got late and you ran out of time - I’d respect that more.

@CourierEvri I have 2 parcels trapped in a locker. Or in a depot. Or in a van. Customer service provides zero support. Vinted says delivered. Evri says delayed. No locker code information sent. Where are my parcels?

The relentless emails from every company .. it’s obscene. The companies that send these grotesque begging surveys are usually the companies that provide the least service. It’s now emails from Royal Mail and Evri and groceries and even buying a pair of fucking sunglasses lead to this grim twattery.

@JohnLewisRetail Please please 🙏 stop using EVRI as one of your delivery partners. By far the worst in the UK and they are ruining your good name. This is how my JL order turned up today. An empty package !!!!! 😡😡😡
