@aravind If anyone wants to taste good ice cream without the vegetable oil, then I suggest häagen-daz (you can get it in India too) and now. Both tasted great and even slightly better than meiji but were a bit expensive too.

Meiji vanilla "ice cream" has vegetable oil and 13% vegetable fat. Amul ice cream is made from full cream milk & milk solids. Meiji 200ml vanilla ice cream has 35 gms carbs. Amul has 22gms carbs. But your colonized brain imagines "Japanese/Foreign" icecream means it is "miles better."
