@Halfords_uk your customer service is shambolic. Ordered an item with installation. You tried to rearrange the date without confirming. I tried calling to cancel the order, had to go through a call centre to reach the store and nobody ever picks up. Now I’m screwed out of £125.

@northernassist what happened to the 8.52 train from Marple to Piccadilly? Board showed it was on time then suddenly disappeared with no announcement of cancellation. Now the next train is the 9.07 (which is also late)

@TUIUK I’m not sure why your airline staff don’t understand, but if you have EU Settled Status in the UK, you don’t have a separate card or certificate to demonstrate this. It is connected to your passport. Please appropriately inform your staff on how to handle this.
