⚠️AMAZON PLEASE HELP⚠️
A Chinese impersonator has filed my exact mark in all caps and seller support is defending them because brand registry is case sensitive?
Amazon is literally running google ads sending traffic to this counterfeit product which may be harmful to consumers.
I got the .com version of my name, I got all the handles on social media, literally everything...
This is costing me $200k+ per month and affecting 40+ people working for my brand.
All my reports on "Report Infringement" get ignored because my trademark is still pending after 2 years.

After joining as the first full-time hire, being the second Daniel, and spending three years this will be my last month at OneText.
Thankful for @jfudem DMing me on this site back in July 2022. It's been a great ride creating engaging shopping experiences for millions of consumers and making brands many more.
What's next? I'm looking forward to taking this strategic pause to reinvest in my personal brand and I am excited about opportunities to stay in the Ecommerce or Y Combinator ecosystems.

There has been a chinese brand that's been knocking off Hollow's products on Amazon for over a year.
Tried to get them shut down for trademark infringement multiple times, Amazon has been zero help.
Finally had the idea to get their product tested by a 3rd party lab.
Zero alpaca fiber. ZERO.
ABSOLUTE CROOKS.
They've mimicked our images/listings and have clearly caused confusion for consumers (customers have tried returning their product to us). Rough estimate, we've lost out on a few million in revenue because of them.
Hoping this is the nail in coffin.

It’s official; today is my first day as Head of Marketing at Brij! 💙
At this year’s Beanstalk conference, Shopify President Harley Finkelstein shared what traits he sees across the most successful businesses on Shopify. “The best brands are agnostic to channel.
