NewsAlert ‼️የትግራይ ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ፕሬዝዳንት ሌተናንት ጄነራል ታደሰ ወረደ “ሰላማዊ እና ዴሞክራሲያዊ ርክክብ” የማይፈጽሙ ከሆነ “ስህተት” እንደሚሆን የህዝባዊ ወያነ ሓርነት ትግራይ (ህወሓት) ቃል አቀባይ ለቢቢሲ ተናገሩ። የህወሓት ቃል አቀባይ ሚካኤል አስገዶም የትግራይ ክልል ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደርም “እየፈረሰ በመሆኑ” ከፌደራል መንግሥት ጋር ያለው የግንኙነት “ገመድ መበጠሱን” ገልጸዋል። ከቢቢሲ ጋር አጭር ቃለ መጠይቅ ያደረጉት ቃለ አቀባዩ የህወሓት ማዕከላዊ ኮሚቴ ከሁለት ሳምንት ገደማ በፊት ያስተላለፈውን ውሳኔ በተመለከተ ከተለያዩ አካላት ጋር “ውይይት” እየተካሄደ እንደሆነ ተናግረዋል። የህወሓት ማዕከላዊ ኮሚቴ ሚያዝያ 11/2018 ዓ.ም. ባወጣው መግለጫ ከስድስት ዓመት በፊት ክልሉ ውስጥ በተደረገ ምርጫ “የተመረጠው የትግራይ መንግሥት ምክር ቤት ወደ ሥራ” እንዲመለስ መወሰኑን አስታውቆ ነበር። ህወሓት ይህንን ውሳኔው ያስታወቀው ፌደራል መንግሥት ከፕሪቶሪያ ስምምነት በኋላ የተቋቋመውን የትግራይ ክልል ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር እየመሩ ያሉት ፕሬዝዳንት ታደሰ ወረደን የሥልጣን ቆይታ በአንድ ዓመት ካራዘመ ከሁለት ሳምንት ገደማ በኋላ ነው። ቃል አቀባዩ ሚካኤል የፌደራል መንግሥት ውሳኔውን ያስተላለፈው ህወሓትን “ሳያስፈቅድ፣ ሳያማክር፣ ለብቻው” ነው ብለዋል። “ጄነራል ታደሰ የመጀመሪያው ዓመት [ላይ] የተሾመው በፕሪቶሪያ ስምምነት መሠረት በወጣው ደንብ ነው። አሁን ግን እርሱ ተጥሶ በ2013 በወጣ ደንብ ነው” ብለዋል። የጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ጽሕፈት ቤት የፕሬዝዳንቱ የሥልጣን ዘመን በአንድ ዓመት መራዘሙን ይፋ ባደረገበት የፌስቡክ ልጥፍ ላይ ጠቅሶ የነበረው የትግራይ ጦርነት ከተጀመረ ከወራት በኋላ የወጣውን የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ማቋቋሚያ ደንብ ነበር። ይህ ደንብ ከፕሪቶሪያ ስምምነት መፈረም በኋላ አሁን በስራ ላይ ያለውን አስተዳደር ለማቋቋም በወጣው ደንብ ተሽሯል። ቢቢሲ ስለዚህ ጉዳይ ጥያቄ ያቀረበላቸው የጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ጽሕፈት ቤት ፕሬስ ሴክሬታሪያት ኃላፊ ቢልለኔ ስዩም የተሻረው ደንብ የተጠቀሰው “በስህተት” እንደሆነ እና እንደሚስተካከል አሳውቀዋል።
