There was just a huge blowup between Alan Jackson and Clerk Jim McDermott over whether or not something was on the record. McDermott stormed out of the courtroom. Karen Read said something to him as well. Not sure what the hell is going on here, but clearly shenanigans are afoot.

@Xfinity I cancelled service March 1st due to unreliability- I work from home-found a new provider. I was assured I would get a prorated bill but it’s astronomical right now. Equipment is being turned in this week. Was I lied to about billing? @PA_PUC

@XfinitySupport I can’t get anyone via phone customer service. All it wants to do is send a link. I need to cancel services but I heard you have to go to a store and do that when you turn equipment in. The mobile app to use via chat is useless as well

@Reggie_Moore@ADP Their maintenance scheduling is a joke. They purposely took it offline mid day to restart it for whatever reason. This is unacceptable. They need better solution for all their IT issues.
