The House Health Committee is discussing HB26-1327 right now... Rep. Feret is extremely ignorant about businesses and economics. She admitted that the tax amount is completely arbitrary. She thinks a $2,300 tax per employee is fair, based on her own personal feelings. This bill would lead to employers leaving the state, job loss and more costs on businesses.

I’ve been making my own lacto-fermented sauerkraut for over a decade.
I use about 20 ingredients because each ingredient makes its own strand of good bacteria. It is mostly root vegetables but each kind. For example, 1 red onion, 1 white onion, 1 shallot, 1 yellow onion…
It’s probably closer to kimchi, if I added spice but I don’t.
I ferment it about 2-3 weeks based on the carbon dioxide bubbles from the lactic acid bacteria.
I weigh it all and use 2% of the weight in salt.
It’s AH-MAZING for your gut health.

We found a mysterious box at the base of a statue near the Capitol, placed there in 1907, and today we unboxed Colorado history that had been hidden for more than a century. Inside, we found a special, signed note, well-preserved newspapers from 1907, and other documents. As we approach our 150th birthday, now is the time for Colorado to honor and learn from our history, and celebrate the incredible progress we have made in building a Colorado For All. I'm grateful that Dennis Coyle will be coming home after the Taliban wrongfully detained him for more than a year in Afghanistan.
Dennis is a native of Pueblo, Colorado who dedicated over 20 years of his life to improving the lives of the Afghan people.
