When can we final close Calgary’s Drug Injection Site? I continue to hear horror stories from residents and businesses near the Sheldon Chumir including from inside workers that don’t feel safe and are completely stressed out! This failed experiment must end.

Five years ago this week, NYPC first began treating patients with proton radiation therapy. Since then, NYPC has treated over 5,000 patients and has become a global leader in proton therapy research and education. Our team members gathered to celebrate this important milestone.

Methadone is the only medication for which one must travel for miles every day, stand in line, give a urine sample in front of staff, and swallow the medication while being monitored. There's simply no evidence to justify these strict conditions when the alternative is a potentially fatal overdose. Its stigmatizing, inhumane and shows the prejudice towards people with substance disorder.
