Update on My Petition Under Section 175(3) BNSS Against @KarishmaAziz_ This petition was filed seeking the registration of an FIR against @KarishmaAziz_ for publishing multiple derogatory and offensive posts targeting Hindus, Hindu Dharma, Bhagwan Shri Ram, and Jagadguru Ram Bhadracharya Ji (@JagadguruJi), as well as for making a highly insulting comparison between our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji (@narendramodi) and a dog. Today, a new Judge presided over the matter. She heard my submissions with great patience and seriousness. I presented all the offensive posts made by the accused on social media, highlighting the deep insult and incitement they contained. The Hon’ble Judge has now directed the Investigating Officer to file a detailed status report, clearly explaining why no action has been taken so far, despite the seriousness of the allegations. The matter is now listed for the next hearing on 29.07.2025. With the blessings of Bhagwan Shri Ram, I remain hopeful that justice will prevail, and that insults to our Dharma and revered figures will not go unpunished. The fight for Dharma continues.🙇♀️
