A 6-years journey together with Brunger's group come to fruition~ We used Cryo-EM to identify a novel binding partner for V-ATPase. Cryo-ET provided insights into its role with V-ATPase distribution. Plus, our knockout mice showed a related phenotype~ nature.com/articles/s4158…
