Pakistan has restored pre partition names for multiple locations. Babri Masjid Chowk is now Jain Mandir Chowk. Rehman Gali is now Ram Gali. Islampura is now Krishan Nagar. Mustafabaad is Dharampura

It was always ideological; in fact, it is civilizational.
Pakistan pretended it to be territorial as long as you all couldn't finalize the full integration of Kashmir into India (at your own peril).
