@SeatfrogHelp no LNER trains showing for auction from 1 April onwards? The auction is usually up by now given I’m travelling on Wednesday? Nothing showing for LNER in April but GWR is showing?

@RIASInsurance my 98 yr old grandad made a small (sub £10K) claim on his home insurance this yr and has now received a letter saying you won’t renew his home insurance….why?!?! I now can’t get through to speak to anyone…appalling treatment of a 98 yr old loyal customer…

@TravDr I am not sure u are right on the Cuba qu. It is really unclear, FCO, London US Embassy and French US Embassy all say different. Suggestion seems to be it is relevant to anyone who travelled to Cuba post 12/1/21 not the last 11 years - can you ask the FCO/US to confirm?

@Wimbledon 10 years+ in the ballot and I finally got tickets…mens semi finals 🤩- then have to wait 2.5 years to use them and then lose half of what I’ve paid for - not about the £ as that was my choice but to not get any offer of ticket options next year is unfair

@British_Airways waiting for response on 1st compensation claim (you made an offer) for 6 months+. 2nd claim- my friends on the same flight have already received their compensation and I’m still waiting for an offer, best part, I’m the only 1 with BA status! Infuriated 😡

I did this 24 hours ago and I just get a chatbot saying you are very busy @British_Airways and you will try to connect me - I’ve been waiting 24 hours- this isn’t good enough, it shouldn’t be this hard to get in contact - disgruntled loyal customer.
