If this is true, could it be that Charie Kirk was killed by a high profiled cartel? May be a part of the cartel only set up Tyler Robison while the main killer was somewhere else. May be they set up Tyler Robison who also actually shot through his rifle they gave to him or they gave him a rifle that looks like it shot a bullet but the real killer was a trained sniper. So, that Robinson would become the victim.
