@HowardYaruss @ShaunAbreu @NYC_DOT @CentralParkNYC You know nothing about victims of e-vehicle violence. There are more bike lanes than ever before and the ER stats overwhelmingly prove that there are exponentially more e vehicle crashes as all the time.Your “ data” is fluff and lies. What is our goal? To save lives! We aint paid!

@nyc_evsa @OpenPlans Ignoring safety and making personal attacks is a losing strategy. I am really curious what your real motivation is. I suspect it is free parking.

@OpenPlans @HowardYaruss There is nothing about a bike lane that makes an e biker STOP at a red light, not speed, not ride on auto-pilot!The majority do not believe your lies. How GREAT that W.72nd st bike lane is on hold. Our voices will soon drown out your money ‘ Cause That’s What Democracy Looks Like!

@infopobn This lawsuit asks the court to (1) stop the DOT from doing its job to make the streets safer for all, including the disabled, (2) thwart the will of the community, and (3) hand each plaintiff $225,000 in the process. It seems that shame has disappeared from our society.

@queens_parents There is no free lunch here. If Jack is not paying for the ever-soaring costs of maintaining his apartment, someone is.

Zero data to back that up. I watched that fake “ hearing” in disgust - a packed audience of activists from Howard’s group and their other paid entities preventing actual members of the community from even getting in the room to speak. A complete scam. The entire CB 7 should be investigated for conflict of interest.

Rents in NYC have just hit an all-time high. Median market rate in June… Manhattan: $5,295/mo (+8.2% year-over-year) Brooklyn: $4,350 (+8.1%) NYC’s housing affordability crisis is at DefCon 1. We need to push harder on every front to address our housing shortage. Update zoning, invest more City $ in affordable units, lower the time & cost City bureaucracy imposes on construction, get 1000s of vacant regulated units back on the market. We need bold action. This is a crisis.

@LincolnRestler When a patient has a fever, the answer is not to throw away the thermometer - it's to cure the disease. In this case, the answer is to provide better primary education in poorer areas and free SHSAT prep. I prefer to lift up low performing students than push down standards.

Crazy that this "e-bike" with speeds up to 43mph requires no license/registration/helmet and is openly parked in a sidewalk bike rack. @nypdnews @NYPDPC @evsa @andrewfine

@Megmd514 The are not low IQ, they are admitting that restaurant owners know more about restaurants than they do. And restaurant owners believe there is year round interest in eating outside.

We’re eliminating sidewalk trash piles stacked taller than us! If you’re in Brooklyn’s Community District 2 – includes Downtown BK, BK Heights, Boerum Hill, DUMBO, Fort Greene & Clinton Hill – learn about the stationary, on-street trash bins and enroll at nyc.gov/empirebins

@HowardYaruss @enforcelawsNYC It’s a tax that has not reduced congestion since the primary cause are the infinite rideshares which are exempt

“On the ground, we are not seeing a 60 -to 90-second reduction, especially when, for the past, you know, two years, our response time is creeping up every day,”  said Michael Greco, president of Local 2507 representing FDNY’s EMT’s.

In an arena where a few seconds can mean the difference between life and death, ambulance response times have dropped by around a minute since congestion pricing began. buff.ly/zIbYoSG

@iLoveTheUWS Fantastic. I am tired of sharing the street with piles of leaking garbage, gorging rats and putrid smells, none of which should exist in the richest city in the world. The changes cannot come fast enough.

@enforcelawsNYC 50% correct. It is not a tax, it is a usage fee. And it has reduced congestion. It is, however, manufactured and it is a zone.
