Alex Hormozi deleted his Tony Robbins interview off YouTube. Think about that. He sat across from the biggest name in personal development in history. The guy who's been doing this since Hormozi was in diapers. And the interview was good. It humanized him. Made him feel less like a content machine and more like a guy still figuring things out. So he deleted it. Because his ego couldn't handle looking like a student. Couldn't handle Tony being the bigger name in the room. Couldn't handle not being the smartest guy on the thumbnail. This is the disease of guys who get rich too fast. They start believing their own highlight reel. Every interview becomes a performance. Every podcast a power move. Tony didn't need that interview. Alex did. And the second it didn't make him look like the alpha, it got memory-holed. The irony? That interview made him more likeable than 100 of his own videos ever did. People don't connect with the guy who has all the answers. They connect with the guy still asking questions. Ego is the most expensive thing you'll ever own. And Alex just paid full price.

Most GTM teams ignore Reddit completely. That's exactly why it works. I spent weeks building a full Reddit GTM system - from finding the right subreddits to automating lead scoring in HubSpot. Here's the short version of what's inside: (Step-by-step playbook + Zapier automation + AI lead scoring system) Get access below Comment "REDDIT" and I'll send you access This system isn't advice - it's an execution playbook: → How to find and validate subreddits with 50,000+ members where your buyers actually hang out → How to build karma the right way so your comments rank higher and reach more people → The Sandwich Formula for mentioning your product without getting downvoted into oblivion → How to set up F5 Bot keyword alerts so you respond to buyer intent posts within minutes → A full Zapier + HubSpot + GPT-4 automation that classifies, enriches, scores, and routes every Reddit lead automatically We've run this with GTM teams doing outbound, inbound, and everything in between. Pain points: no Reddit presence, no organic pipeline, no system for capturing demand. After running the system: demo requests coming in minutes after commenting on a post. Reddit GTM still works - but only if it's concrete: Subreddit validation - comment strategy - lead capture automation Want access? 1/ Like this tweet 2/ Reply "REDDIT" and I'll send you the full system

I built 31 automations for clients last year. Every single business - from solo founders to 50-person teams - needed some version of the same workflows. So I documented all of them. Every workflow. Every department. And the exact plain-English prompt that builds each one in minutes. Sales & CRM: lead capture, follow-up sequences, deal tracking, proposal generation, pipeline alerts Marketing: social scheduling, email sequences, content repurposing, UTM tracking, review requests Operations: invoice generation, payment reminders, inventory alerts, automated reporting Customer Success: onboarding emails, NPS surveys, churn detection, support routing Admin: meeting scheduling, expense tracking, document generation, approval workflows Each one includes the specific prompt I use to build it - not vague instructions, the actual sentence I type. Plus which 3 to start with if you want to save 10+ hours/week immediately. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM you the full PDF for free.

This is a beginner-friendly walkthrough that shows you exactly how to set it up, use it at work, and personalize it to your business. It can: - Research real prospects and companies - Score accounts against your ICP - Write personalized cold outreach sequences - Generate meeting prep briefs before calls - Help you build a repeatable prospecting pipeline - All using a free toolkit + Claude Code / Codex. This is for SDRs, founders, marketers, and GTM operators who want to use AI to do more at work without buying another expensive tool. I break down the full workflow step by step in the video. 👇 Comment "GTM GUIDE" and I’ll send you the full toolkit. (make sure you're following me so I can DM you)

@Codie_Sanchez Hire for pattern, not polish: ask candidates to walk you through a brutally hard problem they chased without permission, how they refused to quit when it got ugly, and what they did when nobody was watching.

@skylarromines Exactly my response when anyone says 'My tax dollars are going to X' (e.g. Ukraine). No, they're not.. that's the problem. They didn't raise our taxes to send that money. They printed and borrowed that money. They wrote IOUs with our names on it. It's even worse.

Billionaire fair share of taxes this, middle class fair share of taxes that… It doesn’t matter. Taxes don’t fund government spending in the US. The government prints money & issues debt. Taxes are an illusion. Regardless of how much anyone pays or doesn’t pay, our taxes are not a necessary funding mechanism for federal expenditures. *That* should make you angry. Not the billionaires.
