@creation247 @DeAngeloPerez_7 Conan got nailed to a tree and came back from the dead, too, so let's put that on the list. He was also explicitly clear about the importance of crushing your enemies, seeing them driven before you, and hearing the lamentation of their women. Conan is my Christ.

@h17253 @TravDoesCrypto @piersmorgan They are going to get his phone records, his email records, his twitter records, and if he coordinated with them these records will clearly demonstrate that. I believe they will. I believe he's that much of a shit-tard. A jury of his peers will be the judge.

@TravDoesCrypto @piersmorgan I think the key Federal prosecution question is whether Lemon participated in the conspiracy. There is some evidence he did, but I doubt it’s strong enough for “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

No… I would want law-breaking protestors prosecuted but not journalists reporting on their protests. This isn’t hard.
Clerpatriot@clerpatriot

@piersmorgan @PiersUncensored So if protesters broke into your house, church, or place of employment, refused to leave, and blocked your exit… you're okay with that???

Nobody has the right to shout someone down, hijack an event, or block others from listening. Protesting outside is protected. So is disagreement. But if you want to challenge a speaker, ask questions or organize your own event.

Good Lord. They claim to care about the law, then violate 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment rights - of families, citizens, journalists, medical professionals, and more. How much further must this government go before Congress will take a stand for the Constitution they swore a duty to support & defend?!

Former CNN anchor Don Lemon was arrested by federal agents in Los Angeles while covering the upcoming Grammy Awards on Sunday, according to an attorney statement posted on Lemon’s social media Friday morning. latimes.com/california/sto…

You really really don’t want a world where people recording news events are arrested for recording news events.

@CaliRighty @chrisvanderveen I don't think it is. Protesters (of all stripes) will often contact press and ask them to cover the protest because they want to get their messages out. Also press will often pursue groups doing things like protests and choose to embed to cover the event from the inside.

@zachcorcoran @TheFIREorg @justinamash Thats why we did the analysis based on what he was actively charged with and noted “Journalists do not have a special license to break generally applicable laws. When the pastor of Cities Church asked Lemon to leave, he no longer had the right to stay.”

@TheFIREorg Good job, FIRE! Go get 'em! See ACLU? This is who you used to be. A civil rights free speech org *always* comes down on the side of free speech, regardless of politics. (This is independent of what I think of Lemon and his case)

Today, Don Lemon is all of us. He was arrested for 1A rights. That means, any of us can be arrested now. Because of who the current occupant of the White House is, I am not surprised that this is happening. I BLAME EVERY ELECTED ENABLER IN CONGRESS FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN.

Question for the conservatards out there: if this were an ATF agent conducting "targeted enforcement" of bumpstock or unregistered SBR owners and the lady was screaming at ATF agents, would you support the agent's conduct here?

Dear @RealTomHoman: Look in the mirror. Trump talked about “RETRIBUTION” in Minnesota. Greg Bovino called protesters “CANNON FODDER”. Stephen Miller called Alex Pretti an “ASSASSIN”. You lose credibility when you ignore the incendiary rhetoric of the Trump Administration.
Aaron Rupar@atrupar

Homan: "I begged for the last two months on TV for the rhetoric to stop. I said in March -- if the rhetoric doesn't stop, there is gonna be bloodshed. And there has been. I wish I wasn't right. I don't want to see anybody die."

There is no judge in America that would sentence a man to death for kicking out a tail light and spitting on the closed window of a vehicle. Yet 99% of MAGA now says a death sentence is exactly what was deserved. Even if that death sentence was carried out 11 days later, with no court order, no jury trial, no verdict and no warrant. Wow. MAGA is now utterly and completely lawless and suffering from "mob rage" mentality. At this point, there's no one they won't justify killing from here forward. If you JAYWALKED two months ago, they think they can kill you the next time they spot you.
