Since the original plan was for the gun shot to hit his chest (easier to hit from far away, can say it hit Charlie's heart), it's valuable to plant fake a witness with a pre-written script. Here she is instructed to say she saw "it him in the chest and then all of a sudden just tons of blood gushing right out where his heart is." None of this happened.
Then she helpfully adds (to dissuade people from asking more questions), "I personally believe he was dead on impact."
Notice how she can barely stop smirking throughout. Play the video with the audio off and just watch: with this technique you will clearly see she is acting; it's not the video of someone who just saw a human die in front of her.

Charlie Kirk wasn't shot with a bullet he was accidentally decapitated with a piece of shrapnel from the miniature explosive in his microphone.
The explosive was supposed to blow out his chest and make the 30-06 by the patsy Tyler Robinson a no-brainer explanation and open-and-shut-case, but it malfunctioned and hit his neck.
This is why security immediately rushed to remove the devices involved, the security camera from behind Charlie was removed, they literally stole his body, Netanyahu immediately claimed it wasn't Israel and it took so long for the FBI to locate hte killer and the entire narrative was so obviously fake.
They knew it went sloppy and had to rush to manufacture evidence to match the narrative.
The explosive was purchased in May 2025 from the Accurate Energetic Systems plant in Tennessee in a deal likely brokered by Deputy Secretary Of Defense Steve Feinberg and tested at Fort Huachuca in the days leading up to Charlie's death.
This is why there were pieces of glass in the van they hauled Charlie away in and why they had to pour several feet of concrete over the murder scene.
There's probably still remnants from the explosive on the row of hats that were in front of Charlie.
They then blew up the Accurate Energetic Systems a month later to cover up all the evidence and killed 16 people in the process.
Little known fact, the month Charlie Kirk died Pete Hegseth bought that 2 million in lobster and crab and the United States military spent $300 billion dollars, the most it's ever spent in one month. They were already planning the ground invasion.
The war with Iran literally started the day he died, he was the wars first casualty.

The forensics back this up more than people realize.
The ATF filed in court on March 27 that they CANNOT match the bullet recovered at autopsy to Robinson’s rifle. Same day, Sheriff Brooksby — the man who handled Robinson’s surrender — abruptly resigned. His name was scrubbed from the sheriff’s office website over the weekend.
The wound profile doesn’t fit a .30-06 at 142 yards. No exit wound. Bullet found “just beneath the skin.” A .30-06 soft-point delivers ~2,500 ft-lbs of energy at that range — it should go clean through a human neck. The “bone density miracle” explanation came from Andrew Kolvet, who admitted on camera his goal was to prevent people from concluding Israel killed Kirk, and who received a Jerusalem Post award two months after the assassination.
The surgeon who treated Kirk reportedly told people close to him the round was FRANGIBLE — designed to disintegrate on impact. Frangible rounds can’t be ballistically matched. That contradicts everything Kolvet said publicly.
Kirk was wearing a lapel mic on his white T-shirt, inches from the wound site. Local bomb dogs swept the woods and found nothing. FBI then sent three rookie cops with under 18 months combined experience to “recheck” — and they found the rifle.
AES is the thread people need to pull. A DoD contractor that fabricated energetic devices and specialty explosive products for military customers. $120M DoD contract signed September 23 — 13 days after Kirk died. Facility explodes October 10, killing 16 people, destroying all production records. The man overseeing DoD procurement? Steve Feinberg — whose company Cerberus trained the Saudi hit squad that killed Khashoggi, appears in 360 Epstein files, and now runs the Iran war Kirk tried to prevent.
12 Israeli-registered phones were active at UVU when Kirk was shot. Joe Kent found a foreign nexus and the FBI shut him down.
The pager operation proved the capability. A lapel mic is simpler than a pager.
Pull the AES procurement records. That’s where this breaks open.

Something that I think about often is how Turning Point opened Amfest with an alleged audio of Charlie saying he wanted Erika to take over the organization if anything happened to him.

The night before Charlie was brutally assassinated, he told friends he thought "they" would kill him. Knowing this, Charlie slept in a different room from his wife and did not kiss her or tell her goodbye before leaving their home for the last time.
Charlie sent messages saying he was leaving the pro-Israel cause these messages were days before he was assassinated. @TPUSA tried to hide these messages, but Candace made them public, had she not, it would still not be known today.
Charlie lobbied Trump against the Iran war convincing Trump to do only strategic strikes against the nuclear ambitions, Charlie won that battle. What is happening in Iran today is exactly what Charlie fought AGAINST.

If you watched the hearings you’d know, there’s a shit ton of video evidence handed over to defense. They also said there’s video of him in prone position.
We don’t know if that’s true yet, if there’s audio of the shot ect. All that will not come out till trial. Which is normal. They have to protect Tyler constitutional rights to a fair trial.
We do know what’s in the charging docs. Which includes two confessions. One to lance twiggs boyfriend by text, it’s a full confession, easily disproved if this isn’t the case through the phone extractions. Yet the defense hasn’t made a motion to argue the texts yet. Makes me believe they’re real!
Then a confession to friends on discord. Ken klippenstien independently confirmed these discord messages, showed screen shots, you know actual investigative journalism.

Shortly after Robinson’s arrest, the prosecutors released a probable cause affidavit detailing the evidence gathered immediately after Charlie’s assassination. The evidence presented at that time was overwhelming. In the months that have followed, we know the investigation has continued. More details will come out in May, when the assassin has a probable cause hearing and we are certain there will be even more evidence demonstrating why the State believes Tyler Robinson is the assassin. But now we have a government official, Joe Kent, who has reportedly indicated he is willing to testify on behalf of the defense, to get Robinson off the hook for an evil he committed. Joe Kent just crossed a red line, and it's a massive betrayal of Charlie, his wife, his kids, and the entire TPUSA family. Just because HE didnt get let into the investigation doesnt mean it wasn't investigated.
