@WeAreMarmalade My daughter has left your insurance and we can't seem to get no claims proof from you - and the new insurer is threatening to cancel her policy because of it. I've called three times and still can't get it, can you please help??

My 20 month old, £230 oven's bottom element has failed. As it's over a year old - I'm on my own. Thanks @ao and @HotpointUK (!) - it's cheaper to get someone local to fix it than the manufacturer so I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up. Nice.

@WeAreMarmalade I tried your web chat and I got no response through it at all - nothing. I've emailed and called again and was told it was being processed today, which is odd because I was told that yesterday too 🤷♂️

@McDonaldsUK I was in McDonald's in Grimsby yesterday and tried to order an espresso milkshake from the secret menu and was told it was out of stock - however, I could (and did) order a vanilla milkshake and an espresso separately) which was more expensive). Is this normal?

@James_JTW @thetrainline If alternative Hull Trains services were not suitable and you purchased an alternative ticket, you can claim back the cost of your original ticket plus the difference between the cost of a new ticket and the original ticket. ^CH

My train was cancelled yesterday and it seems that I can't claim a refund from @Hull_Trains because I bought it from @thetrainline but I can't claim from @thetrainline because I should have used the ticket on another @Hull_Trains train, even though there weren't any... Help!

@Hull_Trains @thetrainline As an FYI - This was my "decision to not travel". And there were no other trains that I could feasibly use

@James_JTW @thetrainline Hi James, If the train you had a ticket for was cancelled and you decided not to travel, you can claim a refund from your point of purchase. If this is Hull Trains, please visit refunds.hulltrains.co.uk if this was purchased through Trainline, this would be through them. ^CH

@Hull_Trains @thetrainline I had no choice but to not travel with you as all the Hull Trains trains were cancelled yesterday evening - I had to buy another ticket. The Trainline app says that I can't claim and the I can't claim through Hull Trains.

@HiveHelper I posted an app review stating that there was no dark mode. Any chance that's something you'll bring in, because the app is awful at night without it...
